Cynthia Caughron (C2)

Cynthia Caughron (C2) has extensive experience as a small business owner, creative director, graphic designer and project manager. Twelve years ago she founded and continues to operate Corporate Creative, Inc., a successful design firm in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. She previously served as lead designer and creative director for a technology-driven, publicly held company.

During her 25+ year career, Cyndi has conceived and produced compelling strategic marketing materials, including brand identity systems, print collateral, direct mail and ad campaigns, annual reports and more.

Cyndi has broad experience in a number of industry segments including education, technology, start-ups, retail, professional services, human services and non-profits. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota/Twin Cities.

Cyndi brings myriad skills to her role as C-Change lead designer and senior consultant. She has outstanding project management skills in addition to her ability to mesh strategic business goals with crisp, compelling and cost-effective visual materials. Under her direction, C-Change adheres to the highest standards of client service and is passionate about serving its clients and demonstrating a strong return on their investment.
